RNS was established in 2021 and provides Mobile Notary Signing, Remote Online, and Field Inspection Services in Palm Beach and Broward counties in Florida.

RNS is competent, educated, bonded, insured, background checked and Commissioned by the State of Florida professional notaries, and certified by the National Notary Association.

As an official representative of the state, RNS certifies that essential documents like prenuptial agreements and real estate deeds are executed properly. I ensure the signers are exactly whom they say they are and have a voluntary willingness to sign without duress, intimidation, or pressure. As such, the parties involved can remain confident that the document is authentic.

Another important element from us being impartial is that we never refuse to serve anyone based on race, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, politics, or status as non-customer places to get papers notarized.

What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a state public officer appointed and commissioned by the Governor whose function
is to perform six basic duties:
Administer oaths or affirmations
Take acknowledgments
Attest to photocopies of certain documents
Solemnize marriages
Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs)
Certify the contents of safe deposit boxes.

Is Your Team Insured?

RNS carries a Professional Errors & Omission Insurance policy of $100,000 for both Notary Public
and Notary Signing Agent.

How can I be sure I am meeting with your representative?
The notary will carry a copy of their official Florida State Commission issued by the State of Florida to all authorized notaries. They also carry photo IDs – their drivers’ licenses. You may request to view (but not copy) these documents prior to starting your meeting.

Is RNS/Agent COVID-19 Compliant?

RNS health and the health of your loved ones and of the agent is a primary concern. Following industry standards, RNS employs preventative measures like wearing masks and have hand sanitizer.

How should I prepare for the meeting with you?
Our notaries do not give advice on how to fill out, draft or complete a document, neither do they prepare a document for you. Our notaries do not select the type of document a customer may need for a said transaction. Our notaries do not select the type of notarization or certificate wording for any given document. The customer must provide all that.

How should I prepare for the meeting with you?
Signer(s) must be present at the time of notarization and must present at least one of the following for identification (ID): A federal, state, or federal or state-recognized tribal government agency bearing the photographic image of the individual’s face and either the signature or a physical description of the individual. Or the oath or affirmation of one credible witness who personally knows the individual seeking to be identified.

If you have any questions or concerns about how to fill in the document, contact the person who drafted the

document.

A Notary Public is unable to offer legal advice or assistance in the drafting and/or completion of documents.

Never sign the document until you are in the presence of the Notary.

Completely fill in all blank spaces in the document before the Notary arrives, but Do Not Sign! Incomplete documents cannot be notarized.

Original documents must be present for all Copy Certifications.
